How recurring purchases work

Recurring purchases help you restock your products without having to worry about placing orders, and you also benefit from a discount. They renew automatically according to the delivery interval you selected, and the store will automatically send you the products after each successful renewal.
For example, if you selected monthly, the system will automatically charge the amount to your credit card each month and you will receive the products at your home without needing to place the order.

Can I pause or cancel a recurring purchase?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a recurring purchase whenever you want in the Recurring Purchase portal.
You can access the customer portal through the link you received in the email when you placed your order when starting the recurring purchase in the store. You can also access your recurring purchases if you create an account in the store.

Can I add products to my purchase?

Of course. You can add products to your recurring purchases in the customer portal. You just have to click the Edit button on the product card and edit, remove, or add products to your recurring purchases.

What happens if the payment cannot be processed?

If the recurring purchase cannot be renewed because the payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can securely update your payment method.
