Ingredients:

  • 100 g frozen açaí pulp
  • 1 banana
  • 50 ml milk or plant-based drink
  • Crunchy almond cream
  • Toppings: fresh fruit to taste, granola, shredded coconut, seeds to taste (chia or flax)

Preparation:

  • Place the frozen açaí, half a banana, the milk or plant-based drink, and one tablespoon of crunchy almond cream in a blender. Blend until you get a creamy, thick mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  • Top with slices of the remaining banana and any fresh fruit you prefer.
  • Add a tablespoon of crunchy almond cream and finish with granola, shredded coconut, and seeds to taste.
