Cinnamon roll cereal with almond and cinnamon

An original and fun recipe to enjoy a different breakfast. These little cinnamon rolls made with sliced bread and almond-cinnamon spread are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Perfect to pair with a glass of milk and turn breakfast into a special moment.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of sandwich bread
  • Crema de almendra y canela
  • 1 cup of crunchy sugar-free cereal
  • A little milk or plant-based drink (to accompany)

Preparation:

  1. Slightly flatten the slices of bread using a rolling pin or a glass so they become thinner and easier to roll.
  2. Spread each slice with almond-cinnamon spread.
  3. Roll the bread onto itself forming a cylinder and cut each roll into small bites.
  4. Lightly crush the cereals so they are in smaller pieces and coat the little rolls in them so they stick well.
  5. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket for 15 minutes at 165 °C until they are golden and crispy.
  6. Serve the mini cinnamon rolls alongside a glass of milk or plant-based drink for dipping and enjoy a different breakfast.
