Cookies with cashew cream and carob

A very easy homemade cookie with a deep flavor thanks to cashew and carob spread. The combination of butter and nut cream creates a soft interior texture with a slightly crunchy exterior. Perfect to accompany coffee or enjoy as a sweet treat.
Ingredients:
- 120 g butter
- 1 egg
- 200g Cashew and carob spread
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 g of baking powder or chemical leavening agent
- 180 g flour
- 30g sugar or sweetener
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar or sweetener until creamy.
- Add the egg and mix well until incorporated.
- Stir in the cashew and carob spread and mix until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt and mix until a uniform dough forms.
- Shape small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Slightly flatten each ball with a fork to shape the cookies.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C. Let cool before serving.
