Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 80 g oat or wheat flour
- 200 ml milk or plant-based drink
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter (for the pan)
- 2–3 tablespoons of crunchy hazelnut cream
For the topping
- Fresh fruit (banana, strawberries, berries)
- Chopped hazelnuts
- A drizzle of honey or syrup (optional)
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the egg, flour, milk, and pinch of salt until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.
- Heat a nonstick pan and add a little oil or butter.
- Pour in a small amount of batter and spread it into a thin layer.
- Cook each crepe for one or two minutes on each side until lightly golden.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Spread each crepe with crunchy hazelnut cream and top with fresh fruit.
