Homemade ice cream with pistachio and cashew cream

A homemade, creamy, and flavorful ice cream made with nut creams. The combination of pistachio cream and cashew cream creates a smooth, highly aromatic texture—perfect for enjoying a refreshing dessert made with natural ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Cashew cream
- 100% pistachio cream
- 600 ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
- 70 g dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup
- Topping: chopped nuts
Preparation:
- Place in a blender 100g of the cashew cream, 200g of pistachio cream, the plant-based milk, the dates, and the vanilla syrup.
- Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 12 hours.
- Remove the container from the freezer and let the mixture thaw slightly. Blend again to achieve a creamier texture.
- Return the mixture to the freezer for at least 2 more hours.
- Before serving, leave the ice cream out of the freezer for a few minutes so it softens slightly and is easier to scoop.
