Porridge with Almond Cream

A nutritious, comforting breakfast that's very easy to make. Oat porridge pairs perfectly with almond butter, providing creaminess and an extra boost of flavor. The banana and pumpkin seed topping adds natural sweetness and a crunchy touch.

Ingredients:

  • 40g rolled oats
  • 200 ml milk or plant-based drink
  • Crema de almendra 100%
  • 1 banana
  • Toppings: pumpkin seeds and cinnamon.

Preparation:

  1. In a small saucepan, add the oats and milk or plant-based drink. Cook over medium heat for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and reaches a creamy texture.
  2. Stir the almond butter into the hot porridge and mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Peel the banana and slice it or halve it.
  4. Serve the porridge in a bowl and top with the banana slices, pumpkin seeds, and a pinch of cinnamon. If you like, finish with a small extra drizzle of almond butter.
