Matcha Kinder with hazelnut cream

An original, creamy drink that combines the intense flavor of matcha with the sweet touch of white chocolate and hazelnut spread. The result is a smooth, indulgent latte, perfect to enjoy cold at any time of day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 200 ml milk or plant-based drink
  • Crema de avellana
  • 20 g white chocolate
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Melt the white chocolate and mix it with the hazelnut spread until smooth.
  2. Add this mixture to the bottom of a glass and spread a little along the inner walls so it’s visible.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Add the milk or plant-based drink.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the matcha with a little hot water until it dissolves completely and no lumps remain.
  6. Pour the matcha over the milk and stir lightly before drinking.
